Due to extreme work load, this site is still active and correct, but no new projects have been added post hurricane 2004. David King Renovations, LLC is still working to bring homes back into restoration from hurricane damage and new repairs/remodeling requests. Before I started my own company, I worked with many different home repair, building, construction companies in this area. I was quick to notice that many of these companies not only charged outrageous prices for simple services but also made many shortcuts in their work that would later require repair. This especially in roofing repairs, in where customers paid for a particular roofing service and not only was it not repaired completely but many times the service that they paid for wasn't done. Companies seem to take advantage of the fact that the customer will not climb on the roof to check the work. They perform a "quick fix" and it works for a while, but sooner or later the customer must then pay for additional repair work sometimes including more work for now water damaged wood from the inital repair not being performed properly the first time. Our amount of repeat customers show us we are doing something right. Many times we go out for a small job and the customer is so satisfied with our work that we are called back out for other services. Most of our clients are either repeat customers or word of mouth referrals from our existing customers. Our work speaks for itself, we have gained many customers from them driving by a site that we are currently working on. Between what they see and the satisfaction of the customer we are currently working on they stop and inquire about our services and we have gained another customer. We are doing our best to give the construction and repair industry a better name.
